Ms. Nino Sesitashvili is an Associate of our law office, specializing in Georgian private and corporate law. Her practice areas include registration of corporate and non-commercial legal entities, researching diverse legal issues, participating in conduction of due diligence studies, translating legal documents, drafting documents in connection with litigations, obtaining documents from various governmental institutions, etc.

Ms. Sesitashvili has graduated Tbilisi State University Faculty of Law (JD 2009 with honours) and obtained Master’s Degree from the Tbilisi State University Department of Law, specializing in private law.

Prior to joining BLC in 2011, Ms. Sesitashvili served as a paralegal in LPA law firm. Her experience also includes internship in Tbilisi City Hall administration legal department of interaction with courts. She has also participated in moot court competitions and summer schools on national as well as international level, such as Georgian private law moot court organized by Georgian Young Lawyers Association and the Supreme Court of Georgia as well as William C. Vis International Moot Court Competition in International Commercial Arbitration (Sixteenth Annual) held in Vienna, Austria, in 2009. As well as, Summer School in ,,Constitutional and Human rights law”, organized by constitutional court of Georgia, European law academy, Public defender’s office (2010) and summer school in International Commercial Arbitration and Mediation, held by University of Milan (2011). She has also completed Street Law Training of Trainers organized by ABA Rule of Law Initiative and USAID.

Ms. Sesitashvili was a finalist of the U.S. Department of State sponsored Future Leaders Exchange Program (FLEX) studying in McEachern High School, Georgia, USA. She has successfully passed Georgian Bar Exam in June 2011 in Civil Law specialization.

With native Georgian, Ms. Sesitashvili is fluent in English and Russian languages.
